Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve personnel, equipment or dates. A booking exists only when scope, price, payment schedule and project terms are accepted in writing and any required deposit is received.
Client information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue, programme, access, attendance and content information. Material changes may require a revised design, schedule or fee.
Intellectual property
Website text, graphics and brand elements may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Client-owned event content remains subject to the client’s own rights and licences.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on general website content or temporary site unavailability.
