Change control
Events evolve. When the room layout, programme, content or guest requirements change, we record the impact on equipment, labour and timings before proceeding. This keeps last-minute requests from quietly compromising another department.
Venue coordination
We can liaise with venue technical teams on loading access, rigging information, house power, network availability, fire and life-safety restrictions, noise policies and handback requirements. Final authority remains with the venue and relevant regulators.
