Start with the essentials
A useful first brief includes the event date, city, venue or venue shortlist, audience size, stage format, programme timing and any confirmed creative references.
If drawings, technical riders or presentation specifications already exist, mention them in your email. Large attachments can be shared after we acknowledge the request.
Production enquiries
Office response hours: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00 UAE time.
Event support is scheduled separately and confirmed in the production agreement.
Before we quote
We may request a call or venue survey when access, rigging, power or audience geometry cannot be confirmed from the brief. A budget range is helpful because it allows the technical approach to be shaped realistically.
Response process
- We acknowledge the enquiry and check date availability.
- A producer identifies missing technical information.
- We issue a scoped proposal or recommend a paid design stage for complex work.
- Dates are secured only under the agreed confirmation terms.
